Shipping Terms & Conditions for Dealer Orders submitted online:
1. Shortly after you submit your wholesale or dropship order for review, we will calculate the shipping cost (if applicable). Then we will send back the updated order for your confirmation and payment.
2. For all wholesale or dropship orders, please be certain to provide complete delivery info. This includes:
- Company Name (if applicable);
- Suite/Unit # (if applicable);
- Buzzer/Entry Code (if needed for the carrier to complete the delivery);
- Proper telephone #
Failure to provide proper delivery info may result in additional carrier fees for "address correction" or for returned packages.
3. Any package returned to us due to an incomplete address will be at your expense.
4. Upon shipment, we will provide package tracking info by email.
5. Shipments of "Dangerous Goods" cannot be delivered without a signature of someone 18+ years old. If the carrier attempts delivery but no one of age is present, they will hold your shipment at a nearby pickup location for a maximum of five (5) business days. Please note that failure to collect your order within the specified time frame will result in the return of your package(s) at your expense. Any subsequent reshipment will also be at your expense.
6. Orders consisting of 9 cartons or less will be shipped by Purolator or Loomis couriers.
7. Orders consisting of 10 cartons or more will be shipped on skid(s) by an LTL carrier, such as Day & Ross or Western Canada Express. Please note that LTL shipments cannot be delivered to a residential address. If you do not have a business address then we can ship Hold for Pickup to a nearby depot.
8. Please advise us in advance if your LTL shipment requires Tailgate delivery (i.e. if you do not have a loading dock or forklift on site). Tailgate deliveries may result in extra charges but are cheaper to negotiate beforehand than after the fact.
