Returns & Reimbursements

It is unlawful to return Class 1 Pyrotechnics in Canada.

Therefore, all sales of Smoke devices & Flash Bangs are final.

We are not responsible for product failures due to incorrect usage (e.g. pulling the wire on a smoke device upwards instead of out to the side). We have provided careful bilingual instructions and videos to demonstrate correct usage of our Smoke devices. User is responsible to read or view these instructions beforehand to ensure proper functioning and safe usage of EG smoke products. 

In the unlikely event that you have a dud or malfunctioning product, please advise us as soon as possible and then: 

  • Take a photo of the product and email it to us at sales@enolagaye.ca.
  • Email or bring the product receipt in person to receive a store credit

Delivery delays by Carrier: we process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Transit times depend on your delivery location and are based on third-party carrier estimates. Although carriers typically deliver within estimated delivery times, these delivery estimates are not guaranteed. EG Canada Inc. is not responsible for delayed or late shipments by carriers. As a policy, we do not allow returns of Dangerous Goods. In the unlikely event that your shipment is late, returns are at the sole discretion of EG Canada Inc. In the event that we make an exception and do allow for a return, please note that customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
